Is it significant when a transit enters one that is in your birth chart? For example, my Mercury is in Aries 7H. On 3/10, Mercury enters Aries. Is this significant energy that can be utilized?

It's called a (planet) return. So you're going to have a Mercury Return. It's significant in Saturn and Jupiter's case (because they happen once every 12 & 28 years), but not very significant in the case of the quickest planets. You get a return for Mercury, Venus almost every year, and for Mars every second year. It's a moment of fully becoming aware of the karma of that planet 😊
