How does the last chapter about the Moon and different body parts work for sports?

E.g. for someone who is into Powertraining and has a leg day, chest day, back day etc ... Is scheduling your training on a day that corresponds to the bodypart useful or not, as a result of the greater sensitivity of the body part? E.g. chest training on Moon in Cancer.

Or is an Earth sign day simply the best choice because this is something in the realm of the physical and tangible?

Anyway I am going to test and observe some of this because I find this a bit wacky/ close to superstition for which there is no reproducible scientific proof ... Pardon me…

I would say to avoid working out with the body part ruled by the Moon, because it is more sensitive to injuries, and yes, a Moon in Earth or Fire would be great for the workout to be at its fullest potential.


It's great to be sceptical about it! I also analyze and filter everything I read and learn.
