Hi Diana, a practical question regarding this point: "Any planet that is close (5 degrees maximum distance) to one of the Four Angles becomes incredibly important in the natal chart. Its energy is highlighted, strengthened, and can easily become dominant in one’s inner energy system." >> do we only take into account max 5 degrees within the same zodiac sign? What if an angle point is in aether and there is a close planet within 5 degrees of the zodiac sign before or after? Thanks!

It's still significant (the vortex of of energy affects the planets no matter the sign), but not as intense as if it was in the same element.

I have a question Diana, when the MC (hard work) has a mutable modality, how does it function? I mean, how do you bring those two qualities together when reading a chart: Endurance to climb the mountain makes me think about being able to start things up (cardinal) or keep them going (fixed), but what about the mutable one?

It means being flexible/adaptable! Not being stuck with one single task, having space and freedom to joggle with 2 or 3 tasks, prioritising new experiences. The gift of the mutable signs is being adaptable. You throw a mutable MC in a new environment and it will quickly learn how to work there + it will grow immensely through that!

As I've worked on this and drawn my cross, I notice all of mine are aether. I see Marina Gouvera has asked a similar question. I have Asc - Virgo, Dsc Pisces, Mc, Gemini, Ac, Sag - all at 28 degrees. I'm curious how this is interpreted.

Diana, when the angle is "Aether" (<3° or >28°) does anything change?

When you break down the analysis of the angles into Ruling planet, Polarity, Modality, Element, you have two ruling planets and no physical element (Aether is spirit).

It is called the Cross of Matter because it shows how your soul connects to this physical incarnation, but when 2 or 4 angles are in Aether, your soul isn't fully into Matter. It's still connected to the astral. We'll talk more about this in a future lesson 💙

ASC (Aquarius, Saturn 2nd House Pisces - Peregrine)

Who am I as I interact with this life?

- I am the Heretic, seeking ways of living that go against the conforms of society but can uplift and help myself and others evolve, seeking new structures and better ways for society to be.

What is my role here? ( Saturn - Pisces 2nd house - Peregrine)

- My role here is to work with my Saturn placement and decide on a starting point of my journey, with my ASC being Aquarius, my belief’s, values, ideas are unshaken, these are the structures and rules that I live by and look to evolve society with, the direction in which I embody and manifest…
