The purpose of a Shamanic Journey

Change in the outside reality happens only when we first feel it within. We need clarity within our energy system, we need to press buttons and pluck cords in our unconscious minds before we can step into the outside reality with determination and confidence.

This is the purpose of a Shamanic Journey: to enter the unconscious world and create the necessary inner changes, based on our intentions for our life.

What happens during a Shamanic Journey

First, we will simply chat about what's going on in your life and what transformation you want to experience. We need a clear and focused intention.

After we clarify the intention, I will guide you into a meditation that will take you into the mysterious realms of your unconscious mind. I use music with shamanic drums to enhance the process.

What you need for this meditation:

🕯️ a quiet space where no one will disturb you for 2 hours.

🕯️ a comfortable place to lie down + comfortable clothes.

🕯️ headphones with a good microphone.

I use different techniques that will protect your energy from any unwanted spiritual attention (we are often vulnerable when we enter the spirit world). I always summon guidance and support from Spirit Guides, which you will meet at the beginning.

You will not travel in other realms or other worlds. No risk of getting lost or seeing something you are not supposed to. My technique takes you only within.

You will be guided to see exactly what you need to see, based on your intention.

This can be a past life, a parallel life, the life of an ancestor, a mythological story, a conversation with a part of yourself, a conversation with a Spirit. Anything can happen. I've heard people witnessing past lives on other planets, or future lives on this planet, I've heard conversations with the ancestors, or conversations with dragons and old masters. I've seen people receiving help from their past lives, but I've also seen people offering help to their past lives.

At the end, I will guide you to ground the energy you've received, to stabilize the transformation within, then bring you back to the surface.

What is possible to do within the journey

This is based on what I've experienced so far using my method:

🕯️ witnessing a heavy moment from a past life, which was blocking the person in this life, then gently untangling the person from that scenario and karma.

🕯️ meeting powerful past life selves or Spirit Guides, which carry the answers the person was looking for.

🕯️ seeing patterns repeating across lifetimes, finding them in the person's soul-contract, and then rewriting them.

🕯️ meeting parts of the self that the person was scared of or felt disconnected from (ex: a dragon for Mars, an old master for Saturn, elementals) and remaking the connection.

🕯️seeing the moment a past life self made a mistake that affects all future lifetimes (like a vow), and interfering as a Spirit Guide to stop them and create a different timeline.

🕯️ witnessing the events the person's ancestors went through, identifying how those emotions still affect them today and releasing the cords.

🕯️ symbolic journeys - connecting with animals, elements, colors, emotions, etc.

How easy is it to go on a Shamanic Journey for someone who has never done it before?

It depends on what kind of person you are.

First of all, everyone is able to journey, even if you don't have the ability to see vivid images when you close your eyes. Dolores Cannon used to ask: Can you tell me the color of your car? If you can, then you are able to access data from your unconscious mind.

Then, if you are the type of person who can relax and surrender to the imagination, this is going to be very easy for you. Also, I can feel when the images you are seeing are purely mind creation or if they come from a deeper place. I will guide to go deeper and deeper, for as long as necessary, until I feel the substance of your visions. All you have to do is trust the process (and my intuition).

But if you are the type of person who needs to be in control all the time and doesn't trust someone else's guidance, then this is going to be more complicated, for you will hesitate to lean on either my guidance or your Spirit Guides. In this case, I recommend to book a Shamanic Journey only when you feel ready feel how you float wherever the current will take you.

Usually, this kind of person isn't interested in exploring their unconscious mind unless convinced by someone else, so be careful with the recommendations you are offering, haha!

Actually when I saw your story I did want to share my experience with you to have it support your work because it is truly amazing! In fact, I’m still having a lot of shifts and a lot of parts coming up… there’s an immense amount of power coming back. I am so freaking grateful for this time with you as it took me to a place I never accessed before. I've seen my lives on Earth from many different earth cycles, but this was something else. The wisdom beyond years. The dancer who knew how to move energy. The important mission I've had in my heart. All the forms of Priestesses and healers from other lives seem to came from that powerful presence. She was so full of love and showed me why I was full of love. Diana guided my questions which we agreed upon before the journey and that was such a blessing as I would've melted into this love and just stay in the scenes. But Diana supported me in understanding my purpose and what I am here to do and how. My mind wanted to fight this as it was something that felt familiar and some parts of it were already in my life, that I uncovered. But this information bound it all together into something that is cohesive form my mind.

I have all the puzzle pieces now. Even though my journey to Mars still seems strange at times I found the source of all the little tips I was getting throughout my life. It all clicked into place and now I have my north star to follow when I feel lost. Its an indescribable sense of peace about being exactly where im meant to be. That there is time for everything I am meant to be.
