Oh I enjoyed this episode very much. As part of the exercise I'll first consider my own situation, then see if I can think of something for the other signs.
Thanks to this post and the one on the AC/DC axis I've come to understand the reality of mutability in my life. I've always thought the fact that my Sun is in Cardinal Capricorn, as well as Mars and Saturn, that the nature of my energy would be mainly like Cardinal.
