This is a difficult chapter for me to understand the consequences for my own case.
I have Scorpio in the 12th house, with a transpersonal planet (Neptune) in it.
The ruker of the 12th is Mars;
The Mars in my Birth chart is exalted (in Capricorn, 2nd House) but on top of that, it is in Aether.
So following the steps above:
For the sign of the 12th House, Scorpio, this would mean that there was too much attachment to what was hidden, alchemy, shadows, underworld, the occult, hidden desires etc ...
For the Ruler of that 12th House, Mars. this would mean that there is a history of conflicts, fights, action ... And I am supposed to let it…
But Mars is exalted ... So does this override the exaltation???
The condition of the 12th house ruler shows how "well" you did in the circumstances of your past life. An exaltation means lots of positive experiences from the warrior within. It doesn't mean you should stop using this Mars, we cannot stop using parts of ourselves, but life is no longer a battlefield, you're no longer required to fight so much, deal with so many enemies and inner demons. Life isn't as threatening as it was in the past anymore. Now it's time for expansion and knowledge (Jupiter). Fight only when you need to, not all the time - as you did in the past.
Hi Diana! When Saturn is in the 12th house, beeing its house of joy, it feels good there... but I'm not sure I've catch what this means.
Exemple: Saturn 12H Aries, and Mars 3H Cancer. This person have trouble to connect to the power of action (Mars fallen & ruler of 12H), but doesn't care about it (Saturn also fallen, but enjoying)? Or does Saturn points that the person need to master Aries energy?
This was really insightful. My 12th house is in Cancer and my natal Moon is conjuct NN in 10th house so it definitely has a mission. But like you said sometimes I feel like I am trapped and feeling like I am not able to fulfill my mission. Is healing with the mother archetype something to focus on? I also became a mother 2 years ago. I often feel that sometimes I am mothering from the pressure of being a good mom and comparing myself to my mother but often catch myself that I can do it my ways and it will still be valuable. If you have anything to add would appreciate it.
When a planet in the 12th house forms a trine or sextile to a planet in an angular house, does that improve our ability to work with that planet? Especially if the ruler of the 12th is in an angular house? Can it “borrow” some of the light from the angular house?
It doesn't "borrow" light, but by working with the planets under your control, you will automatically help the 12th house planet through the trine/sextile 😊 It's like a domino effect.

With no planets in 12th house - then what?
I have another question Diana,
When a planet in the 12th house forms a trine or sextile to a planet in an angular house, does that improve our ability to work with that planet? Especially if the ruler of the 12th is in an angular house? Can it “borrow” some of the light from the angular house?
